Faulty Item Received

We do proper quality check before shipping your order. If you still receive a faulty item, just send us a picture/video of it to support@houseofdona.com along with your order number and we will initiate the refund or exchange the product. Make sure tag remains intact and item should not be worn and torn.


Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving your order and it takes up to 5 - 7 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, due to Covid situation, in some cases it might be delayed. We'd really appreciate it if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you and let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.


Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing them. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory/store. Rest assured once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to assist you and resolve your issues. Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.

I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order and its very difficult to cancel your order. 

Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Twitter and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there will be a 1-2 day processing period followed by a 5-7 days shipping period. Shipment times vary as per location, please bear with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!  

May I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-2 days). Email: support@houseofdona.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.  

Where can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked here by entering the right order details and email address.  

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.  


How can I pay?

We currently accept payment through credit card, debit card, netbanking, UPI, payments! 


What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@houseofdona.com & we change it to the correct address. If order has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
