Her story
Donal Bisht has spent her life telling stories. First from behind a news desk, then on the screens of millions of homes. House of Dona is the story she wears herself: clothes for the everyday plans and the unforgettable evenings, made for women who already know who they are.
Act one · Where it began
Before the cameras turned to her, Donal stood in front of them as a journalist. She worked with a news channel and went on to anchor Chitrahaar on DD National, and learnt early that how you show up is part of the story you tell.
Act two · Prime time
Her acting debut came in 2015, and in 2017 she became Sharanya in Sony TV’s Ek Deewaana Tha. Then came Ishika in Roop – Mard Ka Naya Swaroop, Happy in Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji and Kavya in the series Tu Zakhm Hai, with music videos watched across the country in between.
Act three · Now
Years of fittings, shoots and costume trials taught her what makes a woman feel like herself in what she wears. House of Dona is that wardrobe: effortless dresses, statement silhouettes and co-ords with expressive details, shaped by Donal’s own eye.
